Individual Psychotherapy
Do you feel like your anxiety is running (or ruining) your life? Are you unsatisfied with aspects of your life but don’t know how or where to make changes? Are you considering therapy but not sure where to start? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then therapy might be for you!

Individual psychotherapy - also known as talk therapy - is a collaborative process between the therapist and the client. I primarily work with clients experiencing the following issues:

-
Anxiety
-
Self esteem issues
-
LGBTQIA+ issues
-
Depression
-
Stress and burnout
-
Boundary setting
-
Identity and life purpose exploration
-
Life transitions and adjustments

Substance Use Counseling
I am passionate about helping people explore, reach, and maintain their sobriety goals. Wherever you are in your recovery journey, I’m happy to work with you! I understand that “recovery” looks different to each person, and therefore a “one size fits all” approach rarely works.

You might benefit from substance use counseling with me if:

-
You are newly sober. You have just finished inpatient treatment or are participating in an IOP program and want to establish individualized care for ongoing maintenance.
-
You have never tried to get sober but are starting to think you might have an unhealthy relationship with drugs or alcohol.
-
You engage in recovery activities like 12-step programs, but want more therapeutic, individualized support.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is an opportunity to connect with other people struggling with the same challenges you are. I love facilitating therapy groups because I find group work to be endlessly beneficial and rewarding. Group therapy is different from self help groups or peer support groups because it is facilitated by a trained professional.

Currently, I am offering the Thriving Group for folks who are stable in their sobriety but want therapeutic support in exploring “what’s next.”
